Directions for Use: Ammdent Cavitemp Temporary Filling Cement

• Preparation: Ensure the cavity is clean and moisture-controlled before application.
• Application: Use a suitable instrument to fill the required quantity of Ammdent Cavitemp into the wet cavity. Avoid overfilling.
• Initiate Hardening: The self-curing process begins within a few minutes. Allow the material to set undisturbed.
• Avoid Chewing Pressure: Refrain from subjecting the filled cavity to any chewing pressure for a minimum of 2 hours after application. This ensures optimal hardening.
• Deep Cavities: For deep cavities, assess the necessity of filling. In certain cases, deep cavities may not require application.
• Drug Closure: If used for closing up a drug, ensure the application is pressure-free. Follow recommended guidelines for drug containment.
• Removal: When removal is necessary, use a rotary instrument or a stiff probe to gently eliminate the temporary filling.
• Post-Application Care: Advise patients to adhere to proper oral hygiene practices. Provide additional instructions based on the specific dental procedure.
